Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Canadian orders are priced in CAD and US orders in USD. You can change your shopping country using the selector in the header. Confirm your delivery country and the final currency before paying.

Our merchandise is made to order. Production takes place before dispatch, so the shipping journey begins after your item has been made. Shipping options, charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Items in one order may be produced at different locations and arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges can combine when you order different product types. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Please check your address carefully. If an address is incorrect or a parcel is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may be needed to send it again. Contact support@shafrini.com if there is a problem with your delivery.
